How to Save at least 20% on Compressor Energy Cost

You can save at least 20% on the energy so that you can use for CSR, Annual Diner expenses or Charity of your choice!
Intelligent Controller for TACUMEN VFD Air Compressors

(NOTE:
this controller is not available outside ( off the Shelf ) it was customised for TACUMEN air compressors in this hot and high humidity weather conditions. )

1.
Our air compressors help you to save on Electricity Cost; From 25% load to full Load ( 100% ).
By varying the speed of compressor via frequency change.

2.
The Compressor do not unload, always loading but at various output, depending the air demand from users.
A saving of 30% to 60% of Compressor FLA.
( Most Screw Type Air Compressors cost you between 30% to 60% of Full Load Ampere. )
NOTE:
the electricity energy cost you pay without getting any pressure. that mean compressors is not produce any discharge air.

3.
Saving on the pressure band, Most compressors are set to load & unload at a pressure band of 1 barg.
Example:
Air Pressure required = 7 barg.
Pressure set to load will be at least 7 barg, and unload at 8 barg.
which is 1 bar difference.
Extra electrical energy usage ( cost ) = 7% for every bar difference.

4.
When consumption are less than 25%, compressors can program to shutdown. Thus saving more electrical energy.

Energy Saving in Compressor's Motor Start-up

5.
When air demand increase, compressor will restart at Soft Stater mode, no power surge, more saving and switchgears will have a longer lifespan.

6.
Compressors come with Intelligent Dual-Controller.
Meaning you can monitor the operation and select which is the most practical and economic program to select.
* You can program to Star-Delta Starter Mode, including load / unload, auto start / stop.
* VFD intelligent controls.

Potential Energy Saving in Speed Controlled Compressor

Example:

What is Speed Control?

***** More than 30 years in Malaysia

 ***** In General *****

* If Demand Increase!
Motor Speed is increased, and therefore, the speed of the rotors is increased -----> free air delivery increases.

* If Demand Decrease!
Motor Speed is reduced, and therefore, the speed of the rotors is reduced -----> free air delivery decreases.
